Dr Ridhwaan Haffajee, formerly from Durban, relocated to Cape Town to commence undergraduate studies at The University of the Western Cape.
He graduated with BChD (UWC) in 2011, receiving the South African Dental Association Award in Endodontics and recognition for Student Leadership and Governance.
Dr Adnill Kock is a dentist in private practice in Cape Town. He graduated from the University of the Western Cape in 2018 and completed his community service in Mandeni, KZN, in 2019.
He then pursued a post-graduate diploma in implantology at UWC, which he completed in 2021.
Dr Robyn Kearney is the President of The South African Dental Association (SADA) Young Dentist Council.
Robyn also serves on the SADA Pretoria Branch Executive Committee and is a member of the South African Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry (SAAAD).
Dr Kaveer Ratan obtained his dental degree (BChD) from the University of Western Cape Dentistry Faculty, South Africa, in 2009. After a few years in general practice, he started his post-graduate studies in Implantology at the University of Pretoria.
Dr Riaan Wolfaardt received his degree in dentistry from the University of Pretoria in 1994 and his first diploma in Dental Implantology (Cum Laude)from the University of Stellenbosch in 2002.
He received his second diploma in Dental Implantology (Cum Laude) in 2011 from the Implant Aesthetic Academy, which Frankfurt University accredits. He received a third diploma in Endodontics from the University of Pretoria in 2020.
Dr Coelette Smit is a Maxillo-Facial and Oral Surgeon who is medically and dentally qualified and holds several degrees from the University of Pretoria. She is passionate about her work and thrives in presenting and developing cutting-edge treatments. Her fields of interest include facial reconstruction, pathology and trauma, using the latest technology to improve facial aesthetics and function.
Dr Ridwaana Carim graduated as a dentist from the University of Pretoria. She completed an MSc(Dent) from the University of Witwatersrand in 2013 and graduated as an Orthodontist from the University of Western Cape in 2019.
Dr Kesan Moodley graduated from the Medical University of South Africa (MEDUNSA) in 1997. After completing his undergraduate studies, he set up private practice in Durban, establishing The Square Dental Practice in Umhlanga Rocks. During this time in practice, Kesan served on the KZN Board of SADA as a member of exco in KZN for ten years, serving on the CPD committee and assisting in organising dental meetings, seminars and congresses.
Dr Duan Thirion has been a full-time dentist at HealthSmile in the beautiful town of Paarl in the Cape Winelands since 2003. He focuses on comprehensive dentistry with interest in rehabilitation, dental implants, endodontics and aesthetic dentistry.
